A defined review process
Candidates may request a result review or re-mark where permitted under the approved IBPE policy. The policy must identify scope, request route, evidence, reviewer responsibility, decisions and communication.

Time limits and fees

Refund conditions
Where an approved review changes a grade or result, any fee refund is governed by the published policy. Final refund conditions remain pending confirmation.

Before registration opens
The final appeals and re-marking policy should be published before operational registrations open. A private enquiry draft does not lodge an appeal.
