Nothing outside the published syllabus
Nothing should be assessed outside the published syllabus for that examination window. Examination briefs and criteria must remain attributable to the applicable specification.

Syllabus replacement and transition
Where a syllabus is replaced, the previous syllabus remains valid for the defined transition period published by IBPE. Approved editions, effective dates and transition periods are pending publication; the approved notice will define any transition period.
