Examiners must declare relevant conflicts. An examiner should not assess a candidate where the relationship is prohibited under the applicable policy.

Employment relationship
Financial relationship
Institutional relationship
Personal conflict

Protect the decision

Conflict declarations, appointment decisions, recusals and replacement arrangements should be documented. Teaching or commercial relationships must not determine examination outcomes.

Publication status

Approved conflict-of-interest policy and appointment records pending publication

Confirmed panel appointments, assignments and applicable disclosures remain pending publication.
